Did a great job – we are having them back this week to paint the rest of our 1st floor! Don came and painted our stairway walls all the way from the second floor to the basement. He was professional, quick and did a fantastic job!

I am very satisfied with the work. The house looks great and he even took time to hand scrub a part of the siding that had stubborn stains. In the past, different vendors just left the stains there without trying to get them off. The vendor also called me on the date of service to confirm time of arrival and arrived exactly as promised. Since he also offers painting services, I inquired about a job and he was honest and very straightforward. I originally purchased a deal to paint a 12×13 room for $99. I knew that the wall had some water damage and would need repair but I was prepared to just paint over it for a clean look. I was not going to have the ceiling painted due to the anticipated cost. Ace Painting gave me an estimate to make repairs within my budget so I had the wall and ceiling repaired for $100 then paid an extra $75 to have the ceiling painted too. I really appreciate Ace working with me to find a way to inexpensively make repairs within my budget. Shortly after purchasing the deal on Angie?s List Tom contacted me by email and gave me his cell number to set the appointment. I spoke with Tom and was easily able to set the appointment, my first choice of dates and times worked with his schedule. Tom showed up a few minutes ahead of the start time and went to work right away. He had an additional painter join him a few hours into the job and between the two of them they were able to paint a large master bedroom (2-3 coats of paint) and a large master bath (2 coats of paint). They went above and beyond at the end of the job and vacuumed the rooms and moved the furniture back into place. They also took the time to replace all of the switch plates. (I had expected to do those jobs after they were gone.) I would definitely recommend their services. They were very courteous and easy to work with. Great job! I had purchased a package for $199.99 that included 8 hours of painting.

Interior painting of 5 rooms. Communication was very vital for this project, and it was open and candid. I would recommend this company to anyone not willing or able to paint themselves. I cannot find a single flaw in the work they performed!

Ace painting only communicated with me through messages on Angie’s list despite asking for my phone number. I felt I would be at least called by phone and spoken to in person since my number was requested the first night of my big deal purchase. I feel strung along with email messages and no personal contact. I was told in an email they are 2 weeks out and it took one week to tell me that. If they are so busy to have proper contact with the customer maybe they shouldn’t offer so many big deals. I informed them I have a painting project with a deadline due to carpet arriving but there has been no sense customer service.

Tom and Don were great. Both were friendly, professional, punctual. When I was in the process of reviewing estimates, I called Tom with some questions and left a message. This was on a Sunday, and he returned the call the same day. They cleaned up after themselves each day that they were here. The leftover paint was marked for me (what color and what room it was used in). I have zero complaints. When I’m ready to have more painting done, Ace Painting is who I will call. Patched ceiling from water leak in kitchen, then painted ceiling. Removed paper in bathroom, patched walls, painted ceiling and walls. Painted ceiling and walls in staircase area and office.
