Excellent job in pressure washing our vinyl-sided home. Had purchased an hour of service, knowing that the job would likely require more. Was a bit disappointed to be charged for an additional hour when the job took about 90 minutes in total. Otherwise, the service and quality of work were great.

“Called Ace Painting about 3 weeks ago,after paying Angies list $99 for one room of painting, a special promotion. I spoke with the owner the same day and set up an appt. to have the work done today at 8:30 AM. Noone called and noone showed up to do the work. Not impressed at all. Jeff Kates

I hired Ace Painting to clean my driveway, sidewalk along the side of the house from the front to the back, large back patio, and sidewalk up to the front door. These areas were pretty dirty and had not been cleaned in years so I was concerned how clean they would get. I was happy to see they did a great job and everything looks really nice. Cleaned my concrete.

Great team. Very good, neat, cleaned up well. The only reason I probably wouldn’t use them again is that I have an old house and usually repairs are needed in the crack on plaster before painting. They made the repairs but didn’t sand it smooth–you can see the patch place and also the same by the woodwork where it was “caulked”– But if you are painting drywall–or basic straight forward jobs–they would be great. They did an exceptional job. They came back twice to get the roof really clean. I would recommend their services and would use them again. I initially contacted them to powerwash the house for one of the specials offered. I then asked them to come back and wash my roof and I also had them paint my deck

He could have done a better job patching holes and repairing the wall.

Ace painting only communicated with me through messages on Angie’s list despite asking for my phone number. I felt I would be at least called by phone and spoken to in person since my number was requested the first night of my big deal purchase. I feel strung along with email messages and no personal contact. I was told in an email they are 2 weeks out and it took one week to tell me that. If they are so busy to have proper contact with the customer maybe they shouldn’t offer so many big deals. I informed them I have a painting project with a deadline due to carpet arriving but there has been no sense customer service.

I purchased a big deal for $99 for One Room of Interior Painting. The service hasn’t been done yet. They said they could not paint the kitchen where we had wall paper removed because the glue was still on the walls. I am going to have them come back to paint the bathroom instead. It was a slight misunderstanding which was no problem.
