Ace was very prompt, completed the job in a 1/2 day and left an estimate for painting the living room. All cleanup was done and the quality of work was very good. With cabinetry, there are alot of tight spots and edges to maintain. Painted my kitchen using the Angie’s list deal.

Ace painting only communicated with me through messages on Angie’s list despite asking for my phone number. I felt I would be at least called by phone and spoken to in person since my number was requested the first night of my big deal purchase. I feel strung along with email messages and no personal contact. I was told in an email they are 2 weeks out and it took one week to tell me that. If they are so busy to have proper contact with the customer maybe they shouldn’t offer so many big deals. I informed them I have a painting project with a deadline due to carpet arriving but there has been no sense customer service.

I am going to be putting my home on the market, so I wanted to “spiff” it up with a nice power wash. Certain parts of the siding, particularly on the front and under the porch awning, were extremely dirty. Many of the gutters were practically black with dirt or tinged green with fungus (I have a massive oak tree that overhangs my house, adding to lots of schmutz on everything.) I wasn’t sure everything could be cleaned, particularly the gutters. Enter Ace Painting! My new “heroes” came over (Tom and his hard working assistant) and, within an hour, pressure washed the house and garage so well that it now looks shiny new! The gutters are now a bright white, and the siding looks fantastic. Tom was very communicative in setting up the appointment, and called me when he was on his way which I really appreciated. Both Tom and his assistant were extremely friendly and just got down to business working, not wasting any time. Very, very professional. I simply couldn’t be happier with Ace Painting’s service, quality and price. It was money well spent and I know any potential buyers that come to view my home will be impressed (I should have had this done long ago so that I could enjoy it longer!!) Thank you, Ace Painting, for your A+ service!! P.S. I was able to get this pressure wash done at a discounted price of $89 due to an Angie’s List special offer. However, the work would have been worth it even at Ace’s regular price of $150 per hour since it added SO much to my home’s value and curb appeal (even if I wasn’t moving). The guy who came out was great. He came within the first few weeks after I purchased the big deal and he did not charge me anything more than the big deal price. He painted the trim, around the windows and all that in the room. I was not in here when he did the job but I think that he did the work for about two hours or so. There was nothing wrong about him. Everything about him was positive and great.

Don arrived 15 minutes early – that’s an A+. I was immediately impressed when he removed his shoes and made friends with my 3 small dogs, that’s an A++. I showed him the furnace / mud room that needed painting. He went right to work AND exceeded my expectations when he was able to squeeze around duct work and paint BEHIND the furnace!! I don’t think that wall has seen fresh paint in over 40 years!! He made recommendations on a putty product to purchase to repair a tiny hole in a stained luan door. His work was precise, neat and clean. He taped the door and floor moldings and used drop cloths to protect my tile. He applied a final coat of polyurethane to 2 doors and it looks great! This is the type of quality work one should expect, and Don delivered. I plan on using them again soon to paint my dining, kitchen and living room. A++ to Ace Painting!
