Bought the coupon for 8hr for 2 people. I sent him an e-mail asking if he would do a ceiling for that price and he responded quickly and said yes. I was expecting just to have my ceiling done which was “stomped” with drywall compound and was still raw. They painted the ceiling on 3 open rooms (kitchen, kitchette, and living room). I had the paint for my kitchen and they agreed to paint the kitchen and while they were at it, asked about my living room. Said if I had the paint they would re-paint that room also. That room was a dark burgundy. We went to the store and bought 2 gal of paint, he let us use his discount and they put 2 coats on the living room. So for the $400, we had the ceiling on 3 rooms, the kitchen/kitchette painted and 2 coats on the living room. We had an estimate for the same work and it was a lot higher. While they were here, I asked about my 2 story foyer and they gave me a price and came back 2 weeks later and did my our 2 story foyer. Tom was quick to respond, he actually answers the phone each time we called him. While they were here for the second time, we mentioned that we had 1 loose shingle on the roof. Before we knew it, Don had gone up on the roof and repaired our shingle without a word. Took us complete by surprised.

The provider did not want to come out before hand and look at the job. I did not know how long my job would take (had paid for 2 painters for 8 hours). 3 painters came. Before he started the job I asked how much do to a ceiling, “$100” is said Ok, do it today It turned out all of the work including the ceiling was complete in about 4 hours. I think I over paid for that amount of time but the agreement had been made. Without the added ceiling the job would have been done in about 2 1/2 hours. Lesson learned: do not pay in advance until you know how much time your job may actually take. I should have insisted on the company looking at the job first. I did have to touch up two small areas the next day. painted 2 1/2 walls in a great room, a small bath and for $100 extra a ceiling

Shortly after purchasing the deal on Angie?s List Tom contacted me by email and gave me his cell number to set the appointment. I spoke with Tom and was easily able to set the appointment, my first choice of dates and times worked with his schedule. Tom showed up a few minutes ahead of the start time and went to work right away. He had an additional painter join him a few hours into the job and between the two of them they were able to paint a large master bedroom (2-3 coats of paint) and a large master bath (2 coats of paint). They went above and beyond at the end of the job and vacuumed the rooms and moved the furniture back into place. They also took the time to replace all of the switch plates. (I had expected to do those jobs after they were gone.) I would definitely recommend their services. They were very courteous and easy to work with. Great job! I had purchased a package for $199.99 that included 8 hours of painting.

I hired Ace Painting to clean my driveway, sidewalk along the side of the house from the front to the back, large back patio, and sidewalk up to the front door. These areas were pretty dirty and had not been cleaned in years so I was concerned how clean they would get. I was happy to see they did a great job and everything looks really nice. Cleaned my concrete.

Great team. Very good, neat, cleaned up well. The only reason I probably wouldn’t use them again is that I have an old house and usually repairs are needed in the crack on plaster before painting. They made the repairs but didn’t sand it smooth–you can see the patch place and also the same by the woodwork where it was “caulked”– But if you are painting drywall–or basic straight forward jobs–they would be great. Tom and his crew were great – they came in early AM and finished the job on time. The job was very well done, they were very careful, they would find and fix the issues themselves. We even left the keys with the crew when we had to go out. They cleaned up after themselves. A job very well done – thank you Tom, Don and Jacob. A very skilful team and we are looking forward for them to come back and do the exterior. I got all interior of our home painted – 4 beds, kitchen, diner, living, family and all other areas. He will come in a few weeks to paint the exterior and the deck.

We purchased the paint and cleared the room except for several large pieces which we moved to center of room. When the work was finished the painter moved it back into place without even being asked. Asked for vacuum and cleaned up everything afterward. We were very pleased with the service and would call them again if we need any further work. Highly recommend them. Painted one bedroom

Don arrived exactly on time and went right to work after I showed him the room that needed painting. He used drop cloths to protect the hardwood floors, asked questions to understand exactly what needed done. He removed all outlet covers and switchplates as well as spacked holes and cracks. In other words he did all the prep work necessary to ensure the job came out right. Don completed one coat of paint on the walls, then while that dried he went to work on the door trim. These doors were the old 15 pane interior doors. He completed the trim job perfectly without getting even a speck of paint on any of the glass. Once the trim was done, he finished the second coat on the other room walls. I am so pleased with the work Don did at my house. Everything was done perfectly. He cleaned up after himself and when he was done there was not even a speck of paint on the hardwood flooring. I will definitely be calling ACE very soon to do more work in my house. For anyone reading this if you need anything painted, call these guys. You can’t go wrong! Don from ACE Painting painted the walls in one room and the 2 door trims for a different room.
