I had all sides of my house including gutters power washed. One side had heavy staining and took longer than the others but is now perfectly clean. I am very happy with the results and would use Tom again. I had purchased an Angie’s List deal in August for 1 hour of power washing for $89 and intended only getting the heavily stained side of my house cleaned. When Tom arrived, however, he said he could do they whole house and the gutters as well. My house has a large footprint with lots of angled roofs (so lots of guttering). There was no pressure from him and after a brief discussion about the cost I agreed. | |My only area of slight disappointment is how long it took to get a date on the calendar for this work. I didn’t mind waiting but just didn’t like that I had to contact Tom so many times before he was able to suggest a date.

Tom and his crew were great. They got there early in the mornings and just worked. I wasn’t there all the day so I trusted them with giving them a key to come and go. They were super reliable and I loved how Tom was always reachable and communicated on progress or issues. I got several bids on painting and Tom wasn’t the lowest bid, I picked him because he knew was he was talking about and was flexible on schedule to work around my remodel. He painted the whole inside of the house downstairs, all halls, and several rooms upstairs. In addition, he is power washing and painting my deck.

Power wash entire exterior

Ace painting only communicated with me through messages on Angie’s list despite asking for my phone number. I felt I would be at least called by phone and spoken to in person since my number was requested the first night of my big deal purchase. I feel strung along with email messages and no personal contact. I was told in an email they are 2 weeks out and it took one week to tell me that. If they are so busy to have proper contact with the customer maybe they shouldn’t offer so many big deals. I informed them I have a painting project with a deadline due to carpet arriving but there has been no sense customer service.

They did a fantastic job. They can be trusted to be in your home when you are not present. The work was quality. They are punctual and professional. The cost in my opinion was fair. I added jobs to their work with no push back they took on the extra work. I would recommend them to you. Painting interior and exterior at two homes.

I purchased a big deal for $99 for One Room of Interior Painting. The service hasn’t been done yet. They said they could not paint the kitchen where we had wall paper removed because the glue was still on the walls. I am going to have them come back to paint the bathroom instead. It was a slight misunderstanding which was no problem.

Did a great job – we are having them back this week to paint the rest of our 1st floor! Don came and painted our stairway walls all the way from the second floor to the basement. He was professional, quick and did a fantastic job!

I paid for 8hrs of a painter; two young men showed up. One man started painting the doors. The other young man started taping the main door I wanted painted. At the end of time the most important door I wanted painted was not. I painted it myself later. Basically I had one painter for 4 hrs. His work was good but I paid for 8 hrs. Not the best result.

Tom was responsive, pleasant and professional. His communication was exceptional, as was his work. Highly recommend! Powerwashed deck.
